Dedicated Customer Service Officer (CSO)

For our valued customers, a dedicated CSO will be assigned to handover the premise and provide customers with prompt, courteous and professional service. To ensure our customers could enjoy a pleasant stay with us, our professional CSOs are committed to providing timely responses to requests for information, prompt and accurate answers and solutions. Moreover, we offer proactive partnering and outreach on customer needs.

Maintenance Service

In-house Technicians

Our professional technician team provides good quality of maintenance service for our customers. The team is well-trained, experienced, friendly and helpful. Our technicians are specialized in different areas and they try their best to solve and fix the problems for our customers. During the grace period, if the customers report any defects at our premises, our CSOs will immediately arrange in-house technicians to investigate the matter and fix it. An inspection fee may apply after the grace period.

Coordination with the suppliers

If the electrical appliance in house is out of function under the warranty period, please contact our CSOs and obtain service from our suppliers. During the lease period, tenants are responsible for the maintenance fee and keeping the provided appliances in good condition.

Effective Communication

We strongly believe effective communication is essential for us to better understand customers’ needs and advance our service. Our CSOs serve well as a bridge between the tenant and the landlord. They are always willing to listen and offer help. Simply contact our CSOs if the customers are in doubt about the management of the premises, Tenancy Agreement, handover procedures, etc. We will solicit constructive feedback through surveys, interviews and evaluations from time to time to improve performance and achieve service excellence.
