Our Tenants


  • Who can help me if there are some urgent matters?

  • In case of emergency, please call the 24-hour management office for assistance. The staff from the management company will provide on-the-spot investigation/ assistance. If necessary, the management staff will seek support from the Police, Fire Services and / or Ambulance.

  • Maintenance

  • Under what circumstances I need to pay for the maintenance?

  • Under the warranty period, we should be responsible for the repair/ maintenance/ replacement of the electrical appliances provided in the premises. However, after the warranty period, tenants are responsible for the maintenance fee of the electrical appliances. Tenants are strongly advised to keep the appliances in good condition.

  • Leasing Issues

  • When should I renew my contract?

  • Invitation on contract renewal will be sent to you five months before your current contract ends. Our marketing team will contact you directly for the details of the renewal package.

  • Handover and Vetting

  • Can I renovate my unit? What are the procedures?

  • Before the commencement of the renovation work, you need to submit your renovation plan to us and pay for the vetting fee. Once your plan has been approved, you can start the renovation work. To ensure smooth implementation, we will work with you and your contractors throughout the process and provide professional advices and assistance if needed.

    Deposit Refund

  • When can I receive the deposit refund?

  • After you have delivered the premise back to the landlord and all outstanding issues have been cleared, a refund cheque will be sent to you within 30 days.

  • Reinstatement

  • Do I need to reinstate the unit when the contract terminates?

  • Yes. When it comes to the end of lease period, tenants are required to reinstate the premises to bare shell condition. In some exceptional cases, we may accept tenants to remain the decorations intact, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.
